Artisitic Expression is an important aspect of Arts education. It refers to the feelings which are evoked and the ideas which are expressed through works of art. Through inspirational creativity the SHS Fine Arts Department believes indeveloping the inherent talent and ability of each student. Students have an opportunity to become aware of how artists (both past and present) have expressed themselves through their achievements. Students learn that an artistic expression involves the world we live in and that art can be used to express just about anything. The following students show a significant personal development by allowing us to experience their art.
